We are currently recruiting for a Regional Trainer to be based in Jeddah.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the sales & retail training operations across Jeddah/Yanbo/Madina/Mecca.
* Training includes coaching on selling skills, retail market, coaching on materials & lenses we have, educating the team about best customer experience, cross selling, upselling, dealing with client objections, refresher training (when there is a new product launch or any new marketing activities coming up).
* Reporting such as - preparing a report about the store visit, grooming and shop vibe, quality of the back office, lighting & shop cleanliness.
* Shop assortment report (sun & optic quality), marking posters & activities, shop zoning & layout.
* Assessing the team in terms of client experience & selling skills after the training.
* Implementation of digital platform and building/creating training support tools like PPT, A4, Games, etc., for the stores.
