Key responsibilities



  • Must perform data entry for all outgoing transaction document (pick list) on time and correctly.

  • Liaise with customer service dept to ensure all truck or containers (as per booking reference) are truck in on time for delivery arrangement.

  • To ensure all outgoing process are according to company HACCP requirement.

  • Must prepare finished goods dispatched summary for every single truck or container and to ensure all items be loaded correctly as per delivery schedule.

  • To maintain 5S and GWP at all time.

  • To perform weekly cycle count and ensure have real time stock figure.

  • To ensure internal dept requirement are met on time.

  • To make sure warehouse operation adhere Environmental Management System (EMS) requirement and procedure

  • To prepare document for local customers (packing list) delivery accordingly.

  • To undertake any other related duties that may be given by the Management from time to time

  • Relabel form are filled up correctly before relabeling activity can take place.

  • Work closely with Customer Service and QA Department to ensure


Qualifications and skills



  • Bachelor Degree in related field

  • Able to work as a team with the rest of the staff.

  • Being innovative to provide new ideas and be able to put them in practice.

  • To able to interact socially and technically with internal teams in order to ensure all problems are completed on time.
