Preforming invoices receipting in GJDE system with required changes Spare
parts binning/racking at designated places after checking and counting based
on shipment invoice vs PO. Performing SOP's of all requests from branches to
issue spare parts
Maintain mechanics Tools and safety tools record with clock numbers and list
of tools with quantity. Keeping record of individual mechanics tools list in
file after issuing safety tools. Supply of spare parts from stores stock
against SOP orders & dispatching via TNT Courier service on daily basis and
get acknowledgement of receipts from Otis branches by email and recording it
in excel Manage inventory accuracy in periodic perpetual counting (cycle count
to perform each quarter) and verifying quantity with JDE book record,
especially for high value items. Responsible to arrange external deliveries of
goods from third party warehouses to final destination.
Strictly to comply with company safety & ethical regulations with zero
tolerance Ensure to get back defective spare parts/ drives from branches and
keep record of it for control Purpose. Responsible for documents filing.
Responsible to distribute documents and collect mail from
Otis Head office.
Distribution of safety PPE's to branches as per safety dept. instructions on
timely basis and keeping full record of safety stock Responsible to prepare
all the required reports relating to
In & out transactions of goods
Make a separate record for all the output spare parts. To prepare a plan for
delivering the parts during official holidays or may need to work during the
holidays as stand by Will be responsible to support in local purchases to
browse market for quotations as per the requirements from purchasing dept.
Working as substitute during logistics / purchasing dept persons absence to
support dept. in addition to current role of storekeeper
working as replacement for purchasing / logistics team member in case of their
absence or workload
