Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
* Controls, organizes and coordinates the activities in Logistics department in dispatch related works.
* Ensuring the received orders to dispatch from the sales and marketing shall schedule and deliver to the customer and prepare delivery note in SAP.
* Ensuring all transaction in the delivery of finished products being done before confirm it in the computer.
* Ensuring all delivery notes, loading details slip and gate pass are serially filed.
* Monitor and ensure all transaction in Logistics department being initiated and delivery notes, in positive manner.
* Monitor and maintain a good housekeeping in your area.
Coordinate and implement strictly follow company Rules and Regulation.
