Supervises and ensures prompt dispatch of all Hospital vehicles in accordance
with Hospital and Policies needs and schedules.
1.Monitors drivers and controls vehicles including other Hospital Departments'
daily assigned vehicles, and School Services drivers.
2.Dispatches and assigns the drivers and vehicles in accordance with the
transportation schedules.
3.Maintains and monitors the drivers work schedules and attendance log sheets,
checks all vehicle log sheets for proper information on vehicles and checks
the daily pool vehicles self-drive log sheet.
4.Reports all vehicle's mechanical deficiencies or damages noted by drivers
for necessary repair, and ensures that safety equipment is always available on
vehicles.
5.Reports all traffic accidents to the Security Shift supervisor for proper
action, and prepares and maintains the daily incident report.
6.Assists in the evaluation of the drivers' performance and, counsel them to
improve their performance and recommends disciplinary action when and where
necessary.
7.Receive and processes all transportation requests and school buses
registration forms, and ensure smooth bus operations.
8.Prepares and submits daily and monthly Transportation Operations Reports,
and any other statistics required reports.
9.Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
10.Participates in self and other 's education, training and development, as
applicable.
11.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor 's Degree or IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related
discipline is required.
No required experience with Bachelor 's Degree or one (1) year of related
experience with IPA Diploma is required.
