Job Purpose
* Supports in the development and coordination of performance and talent initiatives in IsDB to ensure that the employees deliver their best performance by utilising their talent and potential in achieving their own, department and organization’s objectives.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
* Support in designing the performance management approach (e.g. performance contracts, objective setting guidelines, guidelines how to manage over and underperformance, etc.) in alignment with best practices to ensure that targets are set in a transparent way, on time and in alignment with organization objectives.
* Support in the design, development, and implementation of Career Development Programs to develop talents from within the work force to assume supervisory / managerial responsibilities for efficiently meeting business needs while simultaneously meeting the career aspirations of employees.
* Plan, review and follow up on the performance planning performance reviews, probation period extensions and confirmation of new employees.
* Perform SPM super-user responsibilities including performance tasks configuration, assignments, reports generation and support to staff in TMS issues.
* Support running the Young Professionals Program (YPP) as IsDB's strategic pipeline for professional and leadership talent.
* Organize performance management, motivation and career progression of Young Professionals, ensuring that IsDB earns a good return on its investment on the YPP.
* Support in the development of analytical HR and reporting tools with a focus on performance and talent management, such as dashboards, to ensure that leaders receive frequent, timely, accurate and quantified feedback on how their function is progressing against their targets.
* Assist in developing training materials on performance management, close performance planning and reviews in timely manner and coach relevant stakeholders to conduct performance management.
Experience
Academic qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
* Certifications from HRCI / SHRM / CIPD are advantageous.
Languages
* English (Mandatory)
* Arabic (Preferred)
* French (Preferred)
Minimum number of years and nature of experience
* Minimum ‎3 years relevant experience in Human Resources (performance management and talent management) preferably in a multilateral development bank or a global organization.
