Job Description

. JOB SUMMARY
He is fully responsible for the following of check-in and -out procedures in
accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and the rules and
regulations given by the Saudi Arabian authorities. He takes ownership of the
administration of guest accounts and the filing and archiving of all
documents.
OBJECTIVES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCES
OBJECTIVES
* Ensures the highest possible guest satisfaction.
* Acts promptly on issues and concerns in his area of responsibility.
* Acts as a receptionist as well as cashier.
* Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the public, guests and the team.
* Maintains the Minimum Operating standards and the Rosewood standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working hours: In accordance with the established duty roster issued by the Assistant Front Office Manager.
* Uniform: Is compelled to wear the assigned uniform.
* Performance: As elaborated in the job particulars.
JOB PARTICULARS
* Presents himself well dressed, well groomed with perfect personal hygiene and with a smile.
* Checks the logbook at the beginning of his duty and uses the book for his information.
* Addresses the guests by name.
* Greeting and welcoming every guest.
* Checks all reservations and arrivals of the day.
* Prepares the key booklets and registration forms for the arrival of the guest.
* Coordinates with Housekeeping and Butler regarding the blocking of rooms according to the preferences of the guest.
* Ensures that butlers are aware of arrival time in order to meet for in room check in.
* He attends to all check inns / and check outs at the reception in a professional manner following the LQA/Forbes Audit.
