What you'll be doing
The Logistics Distribution Supervisor supervises the Logistics Distribution
Team Leaders, ensuring smooth and effective coordination of distribution
activities within your appointed region. Responsible for the planning and
routing of all vehicles and ensures that all jobs are carried out to both the
Customers and Company's standards and within a Safe Working Practice.
Supervisory
Supervise the route planning and deliveries to customers
Monitor the loading of vehicles and appropriate documentation
Responsible for the efficient and effective daily operation of the Fleet.
Evaluates, training needs for personnel.
Directs, assigns and monitors the work of staff.
Assists administrative staff in setting work schedule priorities to ensure
deliveries are completed in a timely fashion.
Make recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of
the distribution operation.
Liaise with customers on the status of deliveries
What you 'll need to succeed
Minimum ‎4 years in Warehousing, Distribution or similar industries
English language is a must
