• Forecasting, Planning, Implementing and devising mechanism to achieve the

• Propose new stores in prospective location by doing a feasibility analysis
• Responsible for enhancing growth in region as per the management
expectations
Public Relations
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Managing the loyalty of customers by constant follow ups through team
members
• Grievance Handling and addressing customer complaints amicably
Managing team
• Assigning work / targets to Sales Team members / Shops in an equitable
manner
• Hosting ongoing training to ensure that employees are familiar with our
products
• Managing sales force and assist them in planning to achieve the desired
targets by guiding them and create opportunity for them so that they can
deliver the sales plan
• Mentor and motivate the team to achieve individual and team objectives
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
• Should coordinate with all departments for necessary support and bridge the
