Position Overview :
Quality Trainer will Deliver classroom and field training and awareness of the
quality requirements. Perform quality orientations for the new staff. Conduct
workshops for developed management plans. Lead mentoring programs. As
required, provide coaching to improve team performance. Lead lessons learned
campaigns and perform awareness. Perform a key role in knowledge transfer.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance process with clients, monitoring services and operations.
* Ensure value-add analytics, methods and practices are provided to operation.
* Ensure appropriate levels of skilled analysts to achieve company and/or client required levels of customer satisfaction (regardless of scoring or indicators utilized by the clients).
* Assist quality assurance in Supervisor coaching requirements and tracking.
* Support Supervisor teams with representative quality execution-additional monitors.
* Support Supervisor teams in calibration sessions.
* Support new hire quality training and transition.
* Client interaction as it relates to analytics, methods, and processes.
* Participate in any new policy training to ensure all policies are understood.
* Ensure all Quality Assurance Analysts reporting, and communication requirements are met for assigned QA Analysts.
Qualifications:
* Minimum ‎15 Years of work experience in a similar field and a Bachelors Degree
* Professional in Public Speaking and MS Power Point
* Supervise agents while in their training period.
* Develop non-classroom communication and training materials.
* Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training activity.
* Assess participant and class performance.
* Participate in minor client interaction (includes effective curriculum feedback and client visits).
* Must be enthusiastic and comfortable in front of large groups of people.
* Must have demonstrated competency in speaking and writing.
* Able to coach employees one on one.
* Patience with all types of learners.
* Work closely with Supervisor and Manager in the evaluation process to identify skills and areas needing improvement.
