We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Accounts Manager which reports into
our National Key Accounts Manager. Key Account Manager plays an important role
in driving the company to its goals through defining & executing account plans
to deliver profitable channel growth.

Essential Job Functions
* Manage accounts' sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives, plan & sell new product launches on time
* Lead the Key Account Team and field execution team to implement breakthrough projects within the functional goals in the most profitable way
* Understand customer work processes, build strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
* Plan and implement activities in line with the budget and make pre & post analysis for these activities
* Explore category growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
* Coordinate and follow field operations to ensure communicated opportunities are turned into actions and revenue
* Follow up goals Sales
* Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing and Supply Chain Teams
* Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action.
Requirements
University degree in Nursing
Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales or related functions with a minimum of 4
years'
experience in customer and channel management and 3 years in key account
management
