Job details

Development and implementation of value-based solutions with designated Key
Account customers.
* Delivery of results for own Key Accounts including P&L, whether institutional or commercial.
* Achieving the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
* * Effective business relationship with own Key Accounts to deliver current and future business opportunities.
* Development of a customer-centric focus within the Sandoz teams working on own Key Accounts; overall alignment of cross-functional teams and any resources from other
functions with the Key Account agenda for own accounts.
* Performance management of any assigned KAM associates.

Minimum requirements
To support the achievement of Sandoz business goals by implementing value-
based
solutions with designated Key Account customers; to be responsible for the
achievement of KAM P&L targets on assigned accounts; to establish Sandoz as
the preferred partner of choice with assigned Key Accounts; to support the
creation of a customer-centric approach across the Country.


Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for
assigned Key
* Accounts, to be approved by Key Accounts & Market Access Head; ensures cross-functional understanding of these plans with Marketing, Commercial, Market Access and other key functions.
* Allocates resources across Key Accounts to meet the business plan.
* Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations with Key Account customers.
* Acts as point of integration for services across the Sandoz portfolio in specific Key Accounts.
* Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
* Provides expert insight into the local healthcare system, legislation and their impact on Key Accounts.
* Builds and sustains long term customer partnerships with Key Accounts that create mutual value.
* Ensures access and influence to Key Account and legislative decision-makers in order to achieve a favorable position for the Sandoz portfolio.
* Performs and reports on competitive intelligence activities on Key Accounts.
* Runs or works on projects that develop KAM capability throughout the Country.
* Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to assigned KAM associates.


‎3-‎4 years' operational experience in customer-facing roles with some
Commercial leadership including Key Account Management experience
