Coordinating Department activities and operations to secure efficiency and
compliance to Hospital's policiesperforms and Administrative requirements.
Organize the principal contact person on behalf on hospital administration
during off duty hours, weekends and holidays.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties

‎1. Creates, updates the AOD monitoring system of any deficiencies and
complaints related to medical staff response to patient needs, and Hospital
operations during off-duty hours, weekends and holidays.
‎2. Organizes the principal contact person on behalf on Hospital
Administration during off-duty hours, weekends and holidays. Serves as
Administrator-on-call.
‎3. Leads the Hospital operational activates performed during off-duty hours,
weekends and holidays.
‎4. Assist in submit daily reports of Hospital operations during off-duty
hours, weekends and holidays to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), deputy
Chief Executive Officer (DCEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Executive
Director, Medical and Clinical Affairs (EDMCA).
‎5. Supervise and maintains a staff rotation schedule to cover AOD during off-
duty hours, weekends and holidays.
‎6. Manage enforcement of administrative admissions criteria for Hospital
inpatients through Department of Emergency Medicine and MEDEVAC sources.
‎7. Acts on emergency matters during off-duty hours, weekends and holidays
concerning Hospital employee/dependents with or without coordination with the
concerned signatory authority, as appropriate.
‎8. Supports the Administrator of the Department of Emergency Medicine during
off-duty hours, weekends and holidays.
‎9. Coordinates with Security Supervisor regarding emergency issues and
patient 's safety.
‎10. Supervise the Medical Administrator-on-Call regarding all medical issues
including medical conflicts, referrals and patient care issues.
‎11. Assist in coordinates with Nursing Supervisor for inpatient complaints.
‎12. Supports Case Management personnel and Admission Office with discharges,
transfer and admission of patient.
‎13. Coordinate the official Hospital's Guests and International Visiting
Professors and Speakers in any international on national conferences and
symposiums.
‎14. Manager receives VIPs when Protocol Staff are not available.
‎15. Assists in receives all incoming calls directed to the CEO, DCEO, COO,
and EDMCA.
‎16. Contribution in collects and analyses pertinent information and makes
recommendations to improve the Hospital operation and submit summary report as
needed/requested.
‎17. Participates in self and Hospital's quality improvement plan preferred.
‎18. Follows all Hospital's related Policies and Procedures.


Education

Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care
Administration, or other related discipline is required.


Experience Required

Seven (‎7) years of related experience with Master 's, or nine (‎9) years with
Bachelor's Degree is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates)


  • Saudi National only.
