Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the activities and functions of the
Facilities Management Division in line with the mission, vision, goals and
objectives of the Hospital's.
1. Reviews, develops and implements systems and processes related to
Facilities Management in order to support the mission and vision of the
Hospital 's.
2. Maintains control over assigned services/function's programs by ensuring
effective utilization of Hospital resources.
3. Advises and serves as a resource person on matters pertinent to assigned
services and functions.
4. Exercises authority over assigned services/functions' programs by
maintaining control and ensuring effective utilization of Hospital resources.
5. Delegates authority and establishes formal means of accountability on the
part of subordinates.
6. Creates and maintains effective communication channels to facilitate
direction of Facilities Management throughout the Hospital's.
7. Develops liaison and maintains close communication with and among
Facilities Management.
8. Provides timely performance-related information/reports to the General
Manager Of Madinah Hospital pertaining to the overall and integrated functions
of Facilities Management.
9. Develops and maintains cooperation and collaboration and effective
relationship with other key management personnel and keep abreast of
significant economic, social and technical trend and regulatory guidelines
which may affect Facilities Management and the Hospital's.
PhD or Master's Degree in Hospital/ Business/ Public Administration, or other
related discipline is required.
Eight (8) years of related experience including five (5) years at a managerial
position with PhD , or eleven (11) years with Master's Degree, is required.
