Administer the day-to-day store operations and provide administrative support
to the designated Service branch
1. Administer Special Tool Store, consumable items, and local goods kept in
store, receives goods from local suppliers, verify goods for compliance and
stores appropriately, and issue Special Tools and other stocked items to
workshop personnel upon request.
2. Administer receiving goods (consumable) from local suppliers and verifies
their compliance with In house Quality standards, as well as purchasing
documents, or arrange verification by qualified personnel for technical goods
of the designated Service branch.
3. Store all items in suitable locations with labeling and marking to
facilitate Items identification and an indication of Item status.
4. Store Special Tools in proper condition and issue them to workshop
personnel upon their need.
5. Prepare stock replenishment requisitioning.
6. Maintain stock control, stock movements, receiving and issuing records, as
well as the condition and validity checking of items.
7. Maintain necessary records as required for ISO and ensure compliance with
ISO Standards implementation as per QMS.
8. Create PO and PR and ensure cost control
9. Ensure that all the reference tools available and Calibration certificates
are Valid and do needful for renewal.
10. Performs inventory of stock regularly.
11. Maintains the record of waste management.
12. Apply the Group's standard for housekeeping, personal safety and
appearance to self and subordinates.
