Coordinate with sales/admin staff to gather and accurately update data on
database/s and various systems and provide administrative support. Follow
timely registration of vehicles in the Ministry of Interior system.
1. Compile, enter, maintain and retrieve data from various sources such as
invoices, vouchers, and reports.
2. Check, validate and enter the deal documents, customer and unit/s data in
the Company E- System.
3. Receive vehicle insurance documentation received from the Sales
Administrators and enter the customer and vehicle information in the Ministry
of Interior System (MOI) in order to register/transfer the vehicle.
4. Generate the vehicle registration book from the MOI system and submit to
the Traffic representatives for obtaining the number plates.
5. Receive license plates and registration cards from the Traffic
representatives.
6. Provide copy of vehicle registration book to Delivery section and Sales
Administrators for further action.
7. Provide vehicle insurance documentation to Traffic representative for
submission to MOI after vehicle registration.
8. Prepare quotations for the department as per the requirements.
9. Prepare proforma invoices (for customer payments) for the department.
10. Provide stock details and availability to the concerned staff upon
request.
11. Assist the Sales Administrator/s to collect the customs certificate and
filing them in the invoice files.
12. Maintain data and records of Promotional Offer items.
13. Collate and Highlight issues to the reporting manager at the end of each
day.
14. Prepare reports, vehicle lists and print various documents as required,
call lists, customer contacts etc.
15. File or route source documents after completing work.
