Job Title : Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities
* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
* Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
* Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
* Acting as a point of contact between company and its existing and potential customers.
* Negotiating agreement terms and closing sales effectively.
* Gathering market and customer information for input in Company system.
* Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
* Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager, or entering figures into a computer system
* Being able to review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by your manager.
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
* Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
* Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the group sales manager, or Company management.
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open for Arab Nationals
* Bachelors Degree / Masters, or similar; Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant courses.
* Hold a Kuwait driver's license and/or own vehicle.
* Have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in sales in Kuwait Market
* Arabic Fluency and English is essential.
\- Previous sales experience in the stainless tail industry \- Has a database of customers \- Experience of at least 3 years in the same field of mineral industries \- Works on autocad system
