This Opportunity

LBS is seeking a full-time Fuels Supervisor i n support of LOGCAP V. Join our
team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients
solve their most complex challenges.
Your Impact
Responsible for supervising the daily activities of petroleum operations.
Provides input on the quantities of fuel required supporting the mission.
Provides information regarding the day-to-day operations of the site to the
Fuel Management. Works on problems exercising judgment within generally
defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions. Provides information or assistance that is used in the
top management decision-making process.
* S upervises activities of AN, OCN, and FN personnel assigned to petroleum operations, Oversees the equipment as well as the receipt, storage, issue, quality control and accounting of all petroleum products in the assigned area of operation's inventory.
* May be asked to provide input on short and long-term mission requirements regarding the operational readiness of all bulk fuel transporters, Bulk Storage and fixes retail equipment.
* Provides Oversight assuring all facility and equipment be fully mission capable reports all none mission capable equipment if necessary affected customer base of any deficiencies that could prevent the accomplishment of the assigned day-to-day or contingency mission.
* Executes Planned scheduled deliveries of Class III fuel products to ensure normal and contingency levels are maintained.
* Reviews and verifies receiving documents on all incoming shipments of fuel from OCO (DLA) or AIK depots.
* Reviews and evaluates statistical operational data for favorable or unfavorable trends in the logistical management of fuels.
* He/she reviews incoming correspondence, which is a directive in nature, determines required response and or complies with the assurance of the implementation of policies or standards, which comes down from the Chain of Supervision.
* Assist the management in the development and implement internal work instructions, policies, fuel support plans and procedures not covered by ATP ‎4-‎43 Petroleum Supply Operations or governmental fuel regulations.
* Enforces the Fuel Quality surveillance program for each product to ensure the quality, operational effectiveness.
* Assist the management in providing adequate operating stocks and war reserve materiel.
* Supervises the day-to-day activities of Fuel Distribution System Operators and Drivers
* Emphasizes the continuing responsibility for safety and environmental conditions, procedures and work practices employed within the assigned area of responsibility.
* Shall instruct subordinates in Security, Environmental and safety matters; Ensures that safe work practices are practiced, and regular inspections are conducted daily.
* Takes decisive action to eliminate unsafe conditions.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
* Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
* Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
* Must maintain a valid driver's license from their home country with validity for ‎12 months from on-site employment date.
* Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for ‎12 months from on-site employment date
* Must satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-‎16 medical requirements to include COVID-‎9 vaccinations
* Must be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications
* Versatile in data management, compilation, and conversion using application software such as MS Office and data-based software Leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor, are required.
* Strong interpersonal skills are required.
* Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment is required.
* Ability to prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload is required.
* Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.
* Advanced ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form, is required.
* High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required
* High-level skills in the use of MSOffice, including Word and Excel. Outlook and other related applications are required.
* A collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork is required
* Approximately six (‎6) years' experiences in the petroleum operations with about four (‎4) years in a supervisory role. Prior US Military experience
* Assist in managing petroleum personnel, fleet of Fuel Tankers, and Above Ground Storage Tanks/ Fuel Dispensing tanks made up various capacities .
* A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a US Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
