This Opportunity

Execute all assigned daily duties activities of operating and maintaining the
fuel dispensing systems, trucks, and equipment used to support bulk, fixed and
mobile fuel retail operations in support of the LOGCAP V Contract.
Who You Are
Although specific duties vary by assignment or contract typical duties
include:
* Reports daily to the supervisor detailing status of daily operations.
* Conducts weekly safety briefings as necessary.
* Receive, Store, Issue, and Transfer Aviation Jet Fuel and ground fuel in a safe and efficient manner, while carefully monitoring and recording all pertinent information.
* Perform daily system inspections and required operator maintenance functions in accordance with local operating procedures.
* Complete and maintain appropriate documentation on operational matters in accordance with established procedures.
* Perform a variety of fuel Quality Tests and analysis, in accordance with established procedures.
* Continually inspect operations for unusual circumstances at the fuel areas such as: low/high pressure, leaks and unauthorized personnel, etc..
* Performs other duties as assigned, notwithstanding work in other functional areas to cover absences and relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload
* May be asked to provide input on short and long-term mission requirements in terms of the operational readiness of all bulk fuel transporters, Bulk Storage and fixes retail equipment.
* Assists in assuring all facility and equipment are fully mission capable reports all none mission capable if necessary affected customer base of any deficiencies that could prevent the accomplishment of the assigned day-to-day or contingency mission.
* Executes Planned scheduled deliveries of Class III fuel products to ensure normal and contingency levels are maintained.
* Reviews and verifies receiving documents on all incoming shipments of fuel from OCO (DLA) or AIK depots.
* Reviews and evaluates statistical operational data for favorable or unfavorable trends in the logistical management of fuels.
* He/she reviews incoming correspondence, which is a directive in nature, determines required response and or complies.
* Ensure implementation of policies or standards, which comes down from the Chain of Supervision.
* Assists in enforcement of the Fuel Quality surveillance program for each product to ensure the quality, operational effectiveness.
* Assist the Supervisor with the control and supervision of Fuel Distribution System Operators and Drivers
* Exercises continuing responsibility for safety and environmental conditions, procedures and work practices employed within the assigned area of responsibility.
* Shall instruct subordinates in safety matters; ensures that safe work practices are followed, and regular inspections are performed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification
* Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
* Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
* Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for ‎12 months from on-site employment date
* Must satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-‎16 medical requirements to include COVID-‎9 vaccinations
* Must be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications
* Versatile in data management, compilation, and conversion using application software such as MS Office and data-based software.
* Leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor, are required. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
* Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment is required.
* Ability to prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload is required. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.
* Advanced ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form, is required.
* High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required. Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is required.
* Three years' experience working in Military Petroleum Operations required.
