Responsible for coordinating with the client and/or client representatives for
transactional requirements and to ensure client orders are fulfilled well
within the parameters of the Service Level Agreement, in coordination with the
Transportation and Warehousing teams.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate with clients and/or client representatives to help identify and meet their requirements
* Create Purchase Order, Advance Shipment Notice, and Shipment Order in Warehouse Management System (Exceed)
* Create Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), Pack Key, and update data in coordination with Operations team
* Compile data to be finally transmitted onwards for stock replenishment
* Verify the system documents with physical documents (Invoice, Purchase Order)
* Coordinate and seek clarification in case of any issues with tariff setting
* Ensure the services provided to the clients are according to the customer profile
* Create Service Orders in coordination with supervisors for every additional service
* Maintain FEFO standards for food items, and FIFO standards for non-food items systematically and physically
* Send various reports to the customers according to frequency requirement such as receipt confirmation, expiry report and CBM (Calculated by Multiplying) space utilization report, etc.
* Liaise between client representatives and warehouse for outbound substitute products
* Record customer complaints and escalate to the supervisor in a timely manner
* Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies
Your Qualifications
* Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum ‎2 years' relevant experience, in a similar industry an advantage
Your Proficiencies
* Bilingual (English and Arabic - reading, writing and speaking) preferred
* Strong customer service skills
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Organization skills
* Proactive
* Ability to use positive language
* Ability to read customers
* Negotiation and persuasion skills
