To provide support to Human Resources Department through hiring and retaining
employees, developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies to meet
the company objectives.
About You
Ideally, candidate would have the following:
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or similar
* Minimum 3-5 years of pure recruiting experience with knowledge of HR functions, onboarding, labor laws, compile statistics, policies and procedures and other administrative work
* Familiarity with using the applicant tracking systems
* Proficient in MS Office and related software applications
* Strong communication & inter-personal skills
* Good in planning & organizing skills
