Job Description
* Leading Kuwait team to achieve the targeted volume and profitability growth.
* Define the Yearly Operational Plan based on the GTM strategy.
* Define and monitor the monthly sales targets.
* Define and monitor the stocks and sales of the distribution operations.
* Designing and implementing sales, distribution & marketing strategies to increase the sales volume and market share across the market segments and product categories.
* Analyzing market trends, competitor's activities and other industry information and implementing appropriate actions to ensure consistent and sustainable business growth. Handle directly the network of direct business relation clients in relation to renew and develop supply agreements, closing monthly, quarterly deals, etc.
* Designing and implementing sales and pricing strategies to maximize profitability, in alignment of overall Kuwait strategy, keeping the market healthy.
* Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data, measuring productivity and ensuring optimal utilization of resources related to all departments, to maximize profitability and to reduce the overall operating expenses.
* Develop the sales team and help them grow in their career besides the ability of creating a successor
* Ensure optimal utilization of sales & marketing resources to maximize profitability and to reduce the overall sales & marketing expenses as a %/sales and $/MT.
* Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
* Assist in one or more processes.
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
* Bachelor's degree in any Business field
Technical Skills
* Bilingual (Fluency in Arabic and English).
* Kuwait experience is an advantage but not a must have.
* Excellent communication Skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Ability to lead multi-cultural team and influence decision making at Coops-Branches.
* A good team player with a vision for his career growth and his team as well.
Experience
* ‎5-‎8 years of experience in sales besides people management.
* ‎5 - ‎8 years' experience in FMCG business.
* at least ‎3 years should have been as Area Sales Manager or Head of Sales
