Role Profile:
Assist marketing executive and marketing manager in all daily tasks, jobs and
duties to deliver required support.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Responsible for assisting the department in achieving its objectives and
satisfying company goals in a timely and efficient manner.
* Keep accurate records, carefully review information, and consolidate reports
* Handle & reply to customer feedback on different touchpoints
* Communicate relevant information & brand latest news to the internal or external parties (Brands Update, Malls social media, etc.)
* Daily/task follow-ups with different internal & external teams
* Upkeep expense sheet/tracker, invoices, quotes from suppliers
* Yext store/website update, Alshaya website update & other digital touchpoints
Knowledge:
Microsoft Office programs, JIRA, SharePoint, Yext Knowledge Graph, OmniFlow,
Oracle
Experience:
0-2 years in a similar role
