Job Summary/Purpose


Provide analysis, advice and solutions to develop and improve Al-Sayer Group
communication, data and software system serving as a bridge between the
company technical team and staff members who use the technology.


Job Responsibilities


‎1. Provide technical support for SAP DBM users by addressing and resolving
help desk tickets on time and on efficient manner.
‎2. Research and provide information in technical trends for various DBM
application areas such as : installed Base, Service Contract/ service order
Management/ Warranty/ Case management / Interaction Center/ Field Application
( Mobile)/Analytics.
‎3. Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP DBM
service.
‎4. Follow up with DBM Section and Finance data owners to fix data issues or
to re-assign responsibilities.
‎5. Seek ways to apply technology to business processes, with specialization
DBM.
‎6. Documents the settings and prepares proper guidelines that allow other
consultants to do further changes or repairs with due efforts.
‎7. Ensures that proper training is given to the users and that the system is
usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and
correct.
‎8. Manage design process, implementation and ongoing enhancements for the
overall SAP DBM module.
‎9. Analyze the document requirements and design solutions for the business
process scenarios by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitated
discussions with users.
‎10. Realize the technology solution in order to fulfill business
requirements, including design frameworks, documentation and proof of concept
needs while adhering to documentation, configuration, security, development,
and testing standards and guidelines.
‎11. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specification
design and interface design documents for development, testing and
implementation.
‎12. Create and maintain testing scripts in SAP Solution Manager.
‎13. Review and approve deliverables in coordination with client business
stakeholders.
‎14. Analyze existing custom developments, objects, modifications and evaluate
the impact of changes on them.
‎15. Determine business requirements and troubleshoot issues in coordination
with the users.
‎16. Keep track of customer satisfaction and provides input and assistance to
other IT projects related to ERP as required.
‎17. Analyze SAP middleware functions including BDOC architecture,
replication, message queues, and request processing.
* Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
* Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on SAP.
* Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
* Perform other duties as requested by management.


Education and Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business with
‎8 years of experience include ‎4 years with SAP DBM configuration.( ‎3 + years
of experience in Suite on HANA / ‎6 + years of experience in SAP DBM
implementing SAP ISU DBM for Utilities).


Lingusitic Abilities


English is a must


Certification


SAP Certification in DBM module.
Configuration experience with CRM Middleware to integrate with IS-U (ECC).
