Job Summary/Purpose:
Develop the sustainability initiatives content for ASG social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and execute social media strategy for all sustainability initiatives
through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging
and audience identification.
2. Create the sustainability content to be published for each social media
platform.
3. Generate and edit daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)
that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take
action.
4. Coordinate with social media team to create engaging, cohesive campaigns
for all sustainability initiatives.
5. Recommend new ideas/ways to social media team in order to improve social
media activity and campaigns and register increase in the followers and
engagement.
6. Coordinate with social media team to optimize sustainability content pages
within each platform in order to increase the visibility of social content.
7. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules for all
sustainability initiatives.
8. Analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
and recommend corrective approach.
9. Design the Sustainability reports, advertisements, and other communication
materials. Incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the
desired theme and tone of the communication.
10. Review PR publications and ensure that final prints reflect the corporate
sustainability message.
11. Represent the Corporate Sustainability function on the social media news,
events and conference/s.
12. Keep up-to-date on the latest social media changes, trends, policies;
Subscribe to social media blogs to keep abreast of latest changes in the
industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree in Science,
specialization in Graphic Design (3 years) or equivalent with 4 years of
experience
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic are must
