About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Technician - HVAC to join Engineering
department in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa Kuwait.
* Checking and rectifying all the repairs, maintenance & construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the Hotel.
* Ensure all the ice machines, fridges, cold rooms, Plant rooms, HVAC equipments are tested and maintained as per requirements.
* Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA's and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
* Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.
* Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipments maintenance and repairs.
* Identification of HVAC /Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing spares & FLS Equipment's.
* To maintain the work area safe and tidy conditions.
* Basics Knowledge and understanding of engineering related drawings.
* Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and
qualifications:
* A minimum of ‎2 year experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in a hospitality environment
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance, repairs and trouble shooting.
* Knowledge in various trades like Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or equivalent experience would be an added value
* Engineering certificate in related fields. At least ‎1 year formal training (certified).
* Knowledge in computer based planned preventive maintenance
* Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and work order system
* Good English communication skills
