(Kuwait) Looking for a Assistant Recruitment Manager for ‎5 star luxury hotel.


About the Role:
As Assistant Recruitment Manager, you will be supporting in hotel recruitment
function by planning and executing strategies to attract and select the right
candidate to fill Hotel vacancies. Providing quality attention to internal and
external candidates, applying the standards established by hotel in all
processes.


Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Human Resources Manager with dotted line to the Director of Human Resources
* Identify the recruitment needs in cooperation with the departments
* Maintain accurate manning and hiring tracking
* Manage the relationships with the Recruitment agencies
* Organize online interviews and recruitment trips
* Conduct interviews and provide detailed recommendations
* Build a strong candidate pipeline and find innovative ways to attract candidates
* Manage the recruitment process, prepare offer letters and follow up until the arrival of the employee
* Organize the new hire arrival experience in cooperation with the department
* Prepare the promotion and transfer letters
* Complete all hotel human resources information system updates related to recruitment, transfers and promotions
* Follow up with the departments during the new hire introductory period to ensure on going performance management and completion of reviews in a timely manner
* Assist Learning and Development manager in recruiting of hotel interns
* Produce reports and metrics for leadership including hiring trends and turnover
* Presents the recruitment, promotions and transfers during the Operations meeting
* Actively participate in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives and support attraction of diverse talents
* Assist with New Employee Orientation
* Maintain confidentiality at all times


Requirements:
* ?‎2+ years of previous experience in a recruitment function, preferably in a hotel/service industry
* Good Interviewing & Organization Skill
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
* Good time management and prioritizing skills
