‎1-Manage a Team of Service Advisors
‎2-Manage Seasonal Campaigns By Brand
‎3-Manage Right Time Delivery & Delays
‎4-Up-selling Service Packages / Accessories
‎5-Pro-Actively Contact Customers (Service Due and Overdue)
‎6-Warranty & Complimentary Replacement Car Tracking




Requirements:
Minimum experience ‎3-‎5 years ' local experience in related field
University Degree - preferably in Mechanical Eng.
Knowledge of Kerridge
Age below ‎35
Fluent English & Arabic languages (read, write & speak)
Must have valid Kuwait driver 's license
Transferable visa #‎18; Kuwait based
