Operation Manager based in Kuwait
Job Requirements:
* Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Masters preferred
* Minimum 5-8 years' experience on sites with lifting & assembly of mobile and crawler cranes
* Knowledge of Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Excellent knowledge on safety and technical aspects on working and stability principles of mobile and crawler cranes
* (crane capacity; positioning, height, superlift, luffing fly jib). Good knowledge on mob/demob of cranes. Able to read and interpret lifting charts.
* MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and MS Outlook) and ERP systems knowledge
* Excellent English language and presentation skills.
* Behavioural: Excellent interpersonal, communication and team spirit.Integrity, Reliability, Punctuality, Discipline, Planning & Organizing, Initiative, Stress Tolerance and Analytical Skills
