About You
* Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary art
* Minimum of 3 years' work experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisory level
* Extensive knowledge in Food & Beverage with an ability to sell menus to customers
* Strong leadership, customer service and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office tools to maintain sales reports
