Role Requirements:-
Manage supplier approval process: by make sure all the documents are received
and reviewed within a specific timeline, and the supplier is moving to the
next stage of approval swiftly. To make sure that all the notifications are
sent to Supply Chain to inform them of supplier progress.
o To keep the supplier database up to date and this is regularly communicated
with SC teams.
o Follow up on pending suppliers with the respective QA personnel.
o Follow up with all relevant parties according to supplier approval processes
including confirmation of outcome (approval status)
o Generate Monthly Approved and Non Approved Suppliers List on MyAEP Database
* Manage product approval: make sure that all the high risk or critical products undergo risk assessment and all the needed documents are requested and assessed within a reasonable time line. Ensure the outcome is communicated with SC and the information are logged in trackers.
* Manage specification approval: request specification for every new product, upon receiving product specification, Regular communication to complete the spec and sign it by all involved personnel. Make sure that the spec database and tracker are always up to date.
* Manage APL Approval: to make sure that all APLs are reviewed, and coordinate with QA and SC teams on any vendor/product issues
* Provide high quality and accurate reports to the team, stakeholders, brands and supplier (SBX Cath Up Updates, Brand QA Forum, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports) and other Adhoc reports
* Provide support to NPD team & Regional Supply Chain for their projects which involves product/supplier approval
* Provide support to FSQA Manager and HR Recruitment team while hiring new candidate or replacement for Coordinator in case there's any vacancy.
