We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Manager to join
our Human Capital team. The Total Rewards Manager will play a critical role in
designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards programs to attract,
retain, and motivate top talent across the Jazeera network. This role will be
responsible for ensuring that our compensation, benefits, and recognition
strategies align with our business objectives and promote a culture of
excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Develop and manage the airline's compensation strategy, ensuring competitiveness in the Middle East market.
* Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and analysis to make data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the annual salary review process and ensure equitable and fair compensation practices are implemented.
* Design, implement, and manage employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
* Evaluate and select benefits providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor program performance.
* Educate employees about available benefits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Implement and manage recognition and rewards programs to motivate and engage employees.
* Lead the job evaluation process to establish clear job grades and salary structures.
* Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect job responsibilities.
* Stay updated on labour laws and tax regulations in the regions where Jazeera operates, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
* Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.
* Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and suggest course of action accordingly.
* Prepare regular reports for senior management on compensation, benefits, and performance trends.
* Develop and manage policies and practices related to expatriate compensation, relocation, and international assignments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Compensation & Benefits certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CBP) will be an added advantage.
* 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards management within the aviation or related industry, with a solid understanding of Middle East market dynamics.
* In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies, performance management, and HR compliance in the Middle East region.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
