Overview
As Total Rewards Manager, your role is to Provide effective administration on
Benefits and support GCC C &B manager by handling C&B related tasks and
initiatives for the Market and providing an internal Compensation & Benefits
consulting services which includes tracking, analyze, benchmarking and
development of C&B policies, procedures, programs and practices to support
company strategic and operational objectives and to maintain company
competitiveness factor in the labor market.
Responsibilities
*
On time and accurate corporate and local compensation benefits administration
to meet employee needs and comply with company requirements
* Facilitate benefits programs roll out between benefits providers, management and employees and ensure benefits control management by tracking and facilitate required approvals for employees ' expenses and allowances claims such as relocation, mobile, healthy living, schooling, car/transportation as per company policies and SOAs
* Conduct forums and surveys to identify turnover drivers to provide insights and help developing action plan to eliminate turnover drivers and increase retention
* Manage and mentor data accuracy and update on Total Rewards portal while developing and executing annual communication plan to ensure maximum engagement and utilization of this tool
* Act as a healthy living champion in rolling our annual healthy living agenda to drive employees' well-being and engagement
* Complete all C&B key controls data conciliation and test scripts as a part of COSO testing quarterly
* Support in execution of all salary changes exercises take place on focal point, mid-year and throughout the year by completion of the entire process stages including data collection, calculation, impact, verification, approvals, implementation and communication while partnering with different parties as needed
* Support in monitoring and reporting company nationalization performance, D&I, HR scorecards/KPIs and HC/Turnover statistics on a monthly basis and to circulate to all leadership team while act as focal point of contact for all functional queries on HC and turnover statistics.
* Ensure full compliance with PepsiCo Compensation & Benefits policies by providing continuous guidance to HRBPs and GCC associates on C&B policies, practices, tools and interpretation
* Formulate and update Compensation & Benefits policies to support company operational and strategic initiatives and meets local legislations
Qualifications
* University or college degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent
* Min 2 years of experience in compensations and benefits at a similar environment
* Bilingual (Arabic and English) and excellent communication skills
* Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
* PC literate and excellent MS office skills
* Planning and organization skills
