Junior Field Service Engineer (Graduate program)

The Position
The Roche Kuwait early in career Program is a ‎12 months rotational
development program at Roche. The program is tailored for high potential
individuals at an early stage of their career, and NO work experience is
required. The program accelerates their professional development and enables
them to be key contributors to Roche's purpose and what patients need next.
Roche Kuwait offers Junior Field Service Engineer position for a period of
‎11 months and ‎1 month rotation with the below main responsibilities:
* Work with subject-matter experts to analyze System Process in the lab and provide System improvement
* Basic support for Lab analyzers, both hardware and software
* Interact with clients on a daily basis, analyze and translate their requirements into System speci fications
* Collaborate with IT technical & Engineers while supporting the customer during testing and applying System Changes
* Supporting senior engineers with troubleshooting and installations
* Help IT & Technical support troubleshooting daily service operational issues
* Communicate and maintain good relationships with all levels of customers and technical staff
* Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving, and recommend innovative solutions

Who You Are (requirements)
* You hold a Bachelor degree in Bachelor Engineering, Biomedical, Electronic, Mechatronics or relevant fields
* You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred
* You have basic understanding of healthcare system is preferred
* Good knowledge in IT Security
* You understand security and data protection (including Wi-Fi and firewall rules)
* You acquired basic knowledge of laboratory IT solutions: (LIS, HIS, Middleware Solution)
* You are eager to work with diverse cultures
* You are curious and have passion for learning new things, and have high degree of integrity and courage
* You have excellent communication and innovative skills
* You are proficient in English
