Automak Automotive Company is hiring Costing & Admin. Officer
Responsible for processing, maintaining and analyzing the data used for
costing determinations and financial reports. Work closely with the finance
department to ensure that invoices are coded correctly to jobs so that all
expenses are easy to track. Monitor the materials, labor and other costs
attributed to a job and compare them to the initial budgets and estimates.
• Receives repair orders / job cards from Service Advisors or workshop
controllers
• Performs cost calculation in CarPro system for Labor, Spare Parts, Materials
and consumables used in each repair order
• Posts the costing calculations on CarPro system as per the standard
procedure
• Invoices the repair order based on the cost calculations in the CarPro
system
• To prepare insurance company report on monthly basis and updates the same
with the debit & credit notes.

• Ability to resolve complains with a sensitive and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail
