Job summary
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct wide range of training activities.
conduct, coordinate and supervise training and development programs for
Security Guarding Staff. Conduct induction training, continuity/refresher
training, and orientation sessions to improve workforces job skills, and
possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill. Being a multi-national
multi-linguistic work force,
• Carry out internal Audits, Quality Control and Surveys of assignment /
locations to ensure High Quality of Services.
Tasks
Consult with managers to identify problems, develop improvements, create and
maintain quality standards.
Organize or participate in employee quality and/or productivity improvement
work groups.
Deliver presentations; stand up training, or instructions to staff, and
clients.
Act as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way
of meeting the needs of security staff, clients, or customers.
Supervise subordinate personnel including determining workload and delegating
assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating
corrective or disciplinary actions.
Develop training materials pertaining to security and customer service etc.
Develop and organize customized training sessions for security staff.
Conduct on-site training sessions.
Conduct drills and refresher/continuity training session.
Maintain records/documentation of all training of personnel.
Identify potential and skilled personnel for specialized tasks.
Requirements.
Essential:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent Diploma .
• Excellent ability to speak, read, and write English at a professional level
• An understanding of Arabic language (Preferred).
• Leadership skills.
• Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills are an added advantage
