Del Monte Kuwait is looking for Procurement Coordinator;
• Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination with Supply Planer and Raw Materials warehouse
- Oversees and mentors the raw Materials Stock level
- Direct respond and acting in cases of overstock or shortage
- Make SOA to customer with the agreed price and payment terms and get it
signed from customer then submit it to finance for Payments
- Follow up on venders’ payments
- Send PO to Supplier as confirmation to dispatch goods
- Follow up on the arrival of purchased goods, confirm goods receipt with
Suppliers
- Preparing the weekly and monthly purchasing report Reports
- Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders in a timely manner
- Liaise with supplier to check cost of order and delivery time, and ensure
items are delivered on time.
• Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Supply chain background.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Transferable Visa (18).
