About the job
Role Objective:
Respond to calls in a professional manner & address all inquiries.
Book & schedule appointments for patients according to the available slots.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering the calls and callers' inquiries.
Booking/canceling or rescheduling appointments for doctors at the hospital.
Booking appointments through the Online appointment service.
Communicating with missed calls.
Responding to inquiries via WhatsApp.
Sending complaints/requests to relevant departments via email.
Answering internal calls like an operator system.
Forwarding caller requests to clinic coordinators through shared WhatsApp
groups.
Monitoring daily updates and developments in collaboration with clinic
coordinators.
Participating in scheduling appointments for medical or marketing campaigns
that highlight the hospital's role in the healthcare field.
Required Experience:
Minimum two years as a call center agent.
Minimum of one year of experience in the medical or hospital field is
preferred.
Strong people management and development skills.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and
written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak
hours or intense situations.
