Elite Class Kw is a service provider catering to university students, high
school students, and employees. We have two locations, the first in Sabah Al
Salem, and the second in Sama Khitan.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Receptionist located in Sabah Al Salem.
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting
visitors, administrative duties, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints and
difficult situations
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

الكفاءة في مجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس
