Role Description
Jobsdude HR Services is seeking a full-time Sales Executive in the Uniform
Apparel division for the leading Hotel Supplies company in Kuwait. The Sales
Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive
business in B2B account development.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Take care of the Content calendar.
Identifying industry trends.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product
value.
Work with partners on executing digital/ offline marketing plans and
campaigns.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs
fulfillment.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the
territory.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Focus on improving the buyer experience.
Manage a seamless set of processes with the HOD and internal teams.
Meet Sales Goals, consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales.
Generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive
additional sales opportunities through calling, and visiting customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related
field.
‎2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Uniform Apparel industry.
Sales experienced in B2B
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive business
relationships.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

إدارة مجموعة سلسة من العمليات مع HOD والفرق الداخلية.

توليد الإيرادات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

مؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو المبيعات، أو التسويق، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- أكثر من عامين من الخبرة في المبيعات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة الملابس
الموحدة.
خبرة في المبيعات في B2B
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وخدمة العملاء.
سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- أظهرت القدرة على إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات تجارية إيجابية.
مطلوب الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
