Legal Advisor
About the job
Job Description
To provide legal counsel and support the internal departments at URC through
legal consulting including contracting, due diligence, litigation etc.
Skill Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Law
Professional legal qualification or certification preferred
Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
‎5 – ‎8 years similar experience dealing with legal matters in a company of
similar size
Responsibilities
Provides legal advice on all types of matters related to the Company's
business within and outside the State of Kuwait.
Liaisons with tenants, investors, third parties, various regulatory bodies,
semi-governmental and governmental authorities, as and when requested.
Prepares and reviews litigation briefs filed by or against the Company.
Attends, as and when required, police and/ or court proceedings to ensure the
Company's interests are properly represented.
