About Company:
A large conglomerate having more than ‎30 subsidiaries across the countries in
Gulf. This position is for their Construction/Contracting company at KUWAIT
Job Profile:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's financial
performance.
Monitor financial trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Create and manage the company's budget, ensuring that expenses are in line
with revenue.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
Review and approve expenditures and financial transactions.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance
sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure financial statements comply with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
Assess and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations
and market volatility.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and policies to protect the company's
financial assets.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for
operations.
Manage cash reserves and investments to optimize returns while maintaining
liquidity.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities.
Develop tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.
Financial Decision Making:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.
Financial Controls:
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and
prevent fraud.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and
procedures.
Banking and Treasury Management:
Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing terms.
Optimize cash management, including fund transfers and bank reconciliations.
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of finance professionals, including accountants and
financial analysts.
Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
Compliance and Regulation:
Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company's financial
practices are in compliance.
Work with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial and
strategic plans.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall
business objectives.
Desired Profile:
CA / ICWA with ‎10+ years of progressive experience in Construction or
manufacturing industry
Kuwait / Gulf experience and knowledge of Arabic is a big advantage
Should be ready to join in ‎30 days
Should be proficient in use of Microsoft Excel. Exposure to SAP would be a
plus
Expert at SPREADSHEET in MS EXCEL
Compensation:
Salary around $ ‎4500 to $ ‎5000 pm + ‎25% HRA + transport allowance , medical
insurance, annual paid leaves , etc be as per the policy.

الميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف:
إنشاء وإدارة ميزانية الشركة، والتأكد من أن النفقات تتماشى مع الإيرادات.
تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف وتنفيذ تدابير مراقبة التكاليف.
مراجعة واعتماد النفقات والمعاملات المالية.
تقرير مالى:
إعداد تقارير مالية منتظمة، بما في ذلك بيانات الدخل والميزانية العمومية وبيانات
التدفق النقدي.
التأكد من امتثال البيانات المالية للمعايير واللوائح المحاسبية.
تقديم التقارير المالية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
إدارة المخاطر:
تقييم وإدارة المخاطر المالية، مثل تقلبات أسعار صرف العملات وتقلبات السوق.
- تطوير استراتيجيات وسياسات تخفيف المخاطر لحماية الأصول المالية للشركة.
إدارة التدفق النقدي:
مراقبة التدفق النقدي للتأكد من أن الشركة لديها سيولة كافية للعمليات.
إدارة الاحتياطيات النقدية والاستثمارات لتحسين العائدات مع الحفاظ على السيولة.
الالتزام الضريبي:
ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضريبية والتنسيق مع السلطات الضريبية.
- تطوير الاستراتيجيات الضريبية لتقليل الالتزامات الضريبية للشركة.
اتخاذ القرارات المالية:
تقديم التحليل المالي والرؤى لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
تقييم الفرص الاستثمارية وتقييم جدواها المالية.
الضوابط المالية:
إنشاء والحفاظ على الضوابط الداخلية لحماية أصول الشركة ومنع الاحتيال.
- إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي لضمان الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات المالية.
إدارة الأعمال المصرفية والخزينة:
إدارة العلاقات المصرفية والتفاوض على شروط التمويل.
تحسين إدارة النقد، بما في ذلك تحويلات الأموال والتسويات المصرفية.
