Job Description
Will manage multiple number of restaurants/stores
Work on positive comps of ‎5% on sales and transactions over last year. Ensure
the profitability of the stores
Prepare or review manpower schedule to ensure optimum manning of all
restaurants based on business volumes.
Ensure all staff and managers are trained and certified as per the company's
guidelines.
Monitor store opening and closing timings as per management guidelines.
Conduct regular meetings with the store management team and help boost their
morale.
Visit all restaurants in the area on a regular basis. Be on top of the day-to-
day operations of the stores.
Monitor product quality, storage and expiry.
Check all operating equipments are in working condition and liase with
maintenance for all preventive maintenances.
Oversee all LSM programs in the trade area.
Monitor the flyer distribution through external agency as well as inhouse
teams.
Review and analyze KPI's
Check and approve all store petty cash expenses.
Plan and budget monthly overtime in stores.
Check daily reports and verify store inventories.
Conduct weekly/monthly audits in co-ordination with the Restaurant Manager.
Plan corrective action where necessary.
Monitor the quality of the finished products.
Monitor Food Cost and store consumptions. Take corrective action on inventory
variance.
Ensure all records are maintained in the restaurant.
Follow through all duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Senior
Management Team
skills
Minimum of ‎5 years experience in the same position
Dynamic, Results oriented, Outstanding analytical skills.
Excellent computer skills and able to generate reports to the Management Team
and provide suggestions and action plans.
With valid driving license (Kuwait)
Bilingual (excellent in both English and Arabic communication skills)

مراجعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
التحقق والموافقة على جميع المصروفات النثرية الخاصة بالمتجر.
تخطيط وميزانية العمل الإضافي الشهري في المتاجر.
التحقق من التقارير اليومية والتحقق من مخزون المتجر.
إجراء عمليات تدقيق أسبوعية/شهرية بالتنسيق مع مدير المطعم.
التخطيط للإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.
مراقبة جودة المنتجات النهائية.
مراقبة تكلفة الغذاء واستهلاك المتجر.
اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بشأن تباين المخزون.
التأكد من الاحتفاظ بجميع السجلات في المطعم.
متابعة جميع الواجبات التي تم تعيينها من قبل مدير العمليات / فريق الإدارة

خبرة لا تقل عن ‎5 سنوات في نفس الوظيفة
