We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Engineer Site Project Manager to
join our team in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in managing on-site
low voltage engineering
projects, possess PMP certification, and demonstrate proficiency in project
management software. The
ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English is essential for
effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, budget, and timelines.
Execute and oversee low voltage engineering projects on-site, ensuring
adherence to quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and
accountability.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries,
providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage client expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that low voltage systems meet
industry standards and client requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Identify and address any budgetary or resource-related issues promptly.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation
strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial
records, and change orders.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders using project
management software.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all on-site activities adhere to safety regulations and company
policies.
Implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Approximately ‎15 years of experience in low voltage engineering project
management.
PMP certification is required.
Proficient in project management software for effective planning and
reporting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within budget and timeline
constraints.

التوثيق وإعداد التقارير:

توفير تحديثات منتظمة لحالة المشروع لأصحاب المصلحة باستخدام برنامج إدارة
المشروع.
الامتثال للصحة والسلامة:
التأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة في الموقع تلتزم بلوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
تنفيذ التدابير اللازمة لتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة.
مهارات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.

يشترط الحصول على شهادة PMP.
