(Production Manager)
It`s preferred the applicant possess the experience in Garments/Apparel
Manufacturing Industry.
Job Role:
· Plan, schedule, Coordinate and control the production process and activities
in factory or plan.
· Manage the human and material resources, equipment and maintenance required
for production.
· Estimate, negotiate and agree on the costs and deadlines with clients and
manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet established
quality standards and specifications
· Oversee production teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to
ensure optimal performance and employee engagement.
Skills:
· Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and
make effective decisions.
· Skill in managing projects and production workflows from start to finish.
· Discussing Budget expectations with client.
Qualifications:
· Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
· Able to work as part of team.
· Good Power of observation Analytical thinking and ability to provide good
training.

الدور الوظيفي:
· تخطيط وجدولة وتنسيق ومراقبة عملية الإنتاج والأنشطة في المصنع أو الخطة.
· إدارة الموارد البشرية والمادية والمعدات والصيانة اللازمة للإنتاج.
· تقدير التكاليف والمواعيد النهائية والتفاوض بشأنها والاتفاق عليها مع العملاء
والمدير.
المهام الأساسية:
· تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة للتأكد من أن المنتجات تلبي معايير ومواصفات
الجودة المعمول بها
· الإشراف على فرق الإنتاج وتوفير القيادة والتوجيه والدعم لضمان الأداء الأمثل
ومشاركة الموظفين.
مهارات:
· القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز الفرق وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية واتخاذ قرارات فعالة.
· المهارة في إدارة المشاريع وسير عمل الإنتاج من البداية إلى النهاية.
· مناقشة توقعات الميزانية مع العميل.
مؤهلات:
· خبرة في تشغيل آلات التصنيع.
· القدرة على العمل كجزء من الفريق.
· قوة الملاحظة الجيدة والتفكير التحليلي والقدرة على تقديم تدريب جيد.
