Urgent Hiring for Technical Support Position for a Gaming Arena.
Candidate should have experience and knowledge working in the Gaming Industry.
Technical Support - Gaming Center
Responsibilities:
‎1. Hardware and Software Support:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on gaming consoles, PCs,
and peripherals.
• Install, update, and maintain gaming software and firmware.
‎2. Network Management:
• Monitor and maintain the gaming center's network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize online gaming
performance.
‎3. System Maintenance:
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, installations,
and hardware upgrades.
• Ensure all gaming systems are up to date with the latest patches and
configurations.
‎4. Customer Assistance:
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to patrons.
• Assist customers with gameplay-related issues and educate them on system
usage.
‎5. Security and Data Protection:
• Implement security measures to safeguard gaming systems and user data.
• Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.
‎6. Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system
configurations.
• Create user-friendly documentation and guides for common technical
procedures.
‎7. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to enhance technical support processes and
optimize the gaming environment.
• Liaise with hardware and software vendors for support and updates.
Requirements:
‎1. Technical Proficiency:
• In-depth knowledge of gaming consoles, PCs, peripherals, and gaming
software.
• Familiarity with various gaming platforms.
‎2. Troubleshooting Skills:
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and
network issues.
