About the job
Job title: Operations Manager

Job description:
Leap is a young, woman-led ecommerce company based in Kuwait specializing in
sustainable period care products. Our main sales channel is through our online
sales, but we also distribute to local and regional vendors. This position
primarily entails order fulfillment, warehouse maintenance, and external
responsibilities like restocking vending machines.
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: KD 300- 350 based on experience
Work location: Shuwaikh Industrial
Daily duties:
Order Fulfillment: Order picking and packing. Working with delivery personnel
to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of products packed while
maintaining an organized warehouse.
Customer Service: Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving customer order
(exchanges/returns) or supplier-related issues.
Weekly duties:
Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure
sufficient stock, timely deliveries, and monitoring vendor performance.
Vending Machine Fulfillment: Regularly restocking vending machines,
maintaining their cleanliness, and ensuring their proper functioning.
Monthly duties:
Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock, and
forecasting reorders.
Store Display Inspection: Inspecting product placement and displays in retail
stores and collaborating with store managers to address any issues related to
product displays.
