Responsibilities:
Ac & DC Power Engr.
‎1.Shall be capable of performing power requirement surveys for both AC and DC
systems.
‎2.Shall be qualified to perform installation and testing of power systems
‎3. Shall be thoroughly familiar with back-up generator start-up, transfer and
operation procedures.
‎5. shall possess knowledge of grounding systems, AC Power distribution
systems, DC Power distribution systems and emergency generator maintenance.
‎6. Knowledge of power quality meters, trip units, protective relays and UPS
‎7. Knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair techniques
‎8. Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with
automation and power management systems
‎9. Shall be an expert on battery installation and maintenance as well as
battery reserve capacities.
‎10. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering.
‎11. minimum of seven (‎7) years’ experience in same field.
‎12. Commissioning experience
‎13. Kuwait driving license.
‎14. Visa Shall be transferable Article ‎18. or Visa will be issued
‎2. Plant Technicians.
‎1. shall possess knowledge of standard practices regarding all aspects of
cable identification, cable colour coding and installation materials.
‎2. shall possess the skills required to enter manholes and demonstrate safe
working practices.
‎3. shall be familiar with Industry Accepted Outside Plant Installation
procedures and shall be capable of performing the tasks associated with the
installation
‎4. Shall have a minimum of five (‎5) years’ experience in installation and
testing of outside plant facilities.
‎5. Visa Shall be transferable Article ‎18. or Visa will be issued.
‎3. AC & DC Power Technician.
‎1. shall be qualified and capable of and/or assists the AC/DC Power Engineer
in performing installation and testing of the power systems
‎2. shall assists the AC/DC Power Engineer in performing power requirement
surveys for both AC and DC systems and basic knowledge of back-up generator
start-up and operations procedure.
‎3. shall understand and demonstrate knowledge of international power
standards.
‎4. shall have a minimum of five (‎5) years’ experience in installation, test
and maintenance of AC/DC communications power systems
‎5. Visa Shall be transferable Article ‎18. or Visa will be issued
‎6. With Kuwait Driving License will be added advantage
‎4. Diesel auto mechanic.
‎1.shall be qualified and capable of diagnosing diesel engine failure problems
and rectify these to keep all diesel generator engines under his control in
running conditions at all times.
‎2. He shall perform routine engine maintenance as required and/or specified
by the engine manufacturer for all engines under his control.
‎3. shall have a minimum of five (‎5) years’ experience in repairing and
maintaining diesel engines.
‎4. shall possess certification documentation that qualifies him as a
certified diesel mechanic.
‎5. Visa Shall be transferable Article ‎18. or Visa will be issued
‎6. With Kuwait Driving Lisence will be added advantage.
