Job Description:
* Dedicated HR Generalist and main point of contact for all company associates
* Collate monthly payroll input for DCEG and submit to HRBP
* Support in leave management (using internal HR tool)
* Support in liaising between DCMR and medical insurance service provider and social security administration
* Support in talent acquisition process and onboarding of new joiners and exit management
* Support in ensuring HR policies for DCEG are updated and aligned with local labour legislation.
* Assure organizational tasks for office daily operations (Local management assistant, special tasks, travels and visits of internal and external stakeholders, team building / team events, …)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or equivalent
* 3 - 4 years of experience as HR
* Fluent in English
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills
* Good MS office knowledge
