Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Delivery Executive, you'll serve as a leader by supporting both the sales
of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients. A
successful Delivery Executive establishes strong, trusted relationships with
clients through their ability to articulate solutions and other areas of IBM
used to deliver complex services. You will play a key role in ensuring IBM 's
financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation
of services revenue with new business sales.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in solutions development and sales, and assist IBM in winning the business.
Support and lead billable client activities within their practice area and participates in related sector, solution, or community activities.
Support development and delivery of new Application Development & Innovation and IoT blockchain services to clients.
Put into practice your business knowledge to develop a strategy for accounts and participate in developing the overall strategy.
Drive the best performance of accounts, servicing, and selling solutions.
Supports both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of
Application Management Services AMS to clients.
Has broad experience and knowledge in project management and selling of
Application Management Service AMS offering preferably in enterprise
applications domain SAP, Oracle etc.
Must understand large and complex services engagements of Applications
Management Service, including the project management methods (i.e. SAP
Activate) and tools (i.e. SAP Solution Manager or other similar Application
Lifecycle Management tools).
Establishes strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability
to articulate solutions, and other areas of IBM used in the delivery of
Application Management Service AMS.
Identifies new business opportunities, creatively participates in the
development and sales of solutions, and assist IBM in winning the business.
When not participating in sales activities such as new business development or
bid and proposal activity, supports and leads billable client activities
within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or
Community activities.
Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well
as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business.
Supports development and delivery of new innovative service offerings (i.e.
RPA, Business Process Inteligence etc.)to clients.
Develops strategy for accounts & participates in the development of overall
strategy
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* At least 10 -15 years of experience in similar business and technology service domain, at least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
5 years of experience in managing Application Management Service engagements.
Experience in AMS and Operations projects
Must understand large and complex service engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Experience in various industry sectors is an asset.
* Experience in SAP projects is an asset.
* Manage and grow our Application Management business
* Languages required: Arabic, English
